Cons

The quotas are so ridiculous, you have to work well over 40 hours to have a shot at earning a bonus. Sales management feeds off of fear and manipulation. To make matters worse, the company is not growing, so there is a lack of upward career mobility.

OK place to work if you can't find anything better

Pros

The work environment is relaxed and management doesn't push unrealistic deadlines. The benefits are competitive with other companies in Austin.

Cons

The company has already lost to the competition. Everyone seems to just be showing up and going through the motions until they head home at 5pm (or 4pm in many cases).
