great leadership, fair pay, fulfilling work - not just task orientated. You really fell like the leadership and people you work with care about you. A lot of growth potential for the company. They really care about the well-being and work-life balance of their employees.

Snacks, drinks, overall environment. Kramer office is where it's best.

Cons

Sales team is all over the place. Pay isn't reflected by work and when something isn't going how they want they take it out on the top performers.

Pros

When I first started, the vibe at Volusion was great. The goals were realistic and the pressure was enough to drive the right amount of motivation without burning people out. I joined when their were roughly 50 people in the company. Over the next two year, to sum it up... things turned to hell.

Cons

I am speaking from strictly a salesperson's viewpoint. Goals were set to unrealistic proportions once the company hit around 150 people. No work-life balance. Sales managers would sit right behind your desk and stare at your computer screen. "Why haven't you made a call in 5 minutes?" 4 1/2 hours of talk time and 60-80 calls a day if you want to keep your job.
