Pros

Decent sales training, depending on who your boss is. Free snacks, good.

Cons

Terrible sales management. (They pretend like this is the best job on the planet, and try to keep their morale (which is fake) high. Zero flexibility in work hours. Extremely poor morals and ethics. Expect to be lied to, consistently.

Pros

Great people/talent but everyone leaves

Cons

Does not pay market rate, 0-1% raises, 0-1% bonuses, leadership tries to deny people of their full bonus even if they complete all goals, benefits are poor for the price, no praise given even when enormous tasks are completed, public shaming permitted and encouraged when mistakes are made.

Pros

Yes, they have free food, as well as other perks. Good benefits. The people you work with are generally nice.

Cons

The company has terrible policies for their customers, which makes working there terrible. The perks are just a substitute for decent pay. Management act like they care. In fact, they are nothing but optimistic, but nothing changes.
