Good atmosphere, good people, good pay. Fun place to work. Good co-workers, good bosses, nice center. Good location that is close to cool things in Austin.

Cons

Hard to move up. KPIs a bit off for what they want. Understaffed, not much advancement training. Little feedback on interview.
