      Pros

      Volusion has a really good atmosphere for developers. They have very talented people with a lot of experience. The best part of working as a developer at Volusion is their culture of iteration and problem solving. They work hard and play hard. If you like a atmosphere that pushes the envelope with technology while shooting Nerf guns, riding scooters and while being provided catered food, then you will love working at Volusion.

      Cons

      Be prepared to work in a open floor environment. This is not a con for most people because it helps collaboration.

      Pros

      I work with incredibly talented people and the latest technology. Quirky and fun place to be. Creativity is rewarded. The pay is better than most other places in town, and not all the politics of a bigger company. Happier than I've been in a long time being at a place that understands what it takes to write great software.

      Cons

      Constant interviews and onboarding as we hire new people. Sometimes the keg in the office is empty.

      The Volusion software development team worked hard to produce a great product that took the company to the next level.

      Cons

      I used the past tense in "Pros" because Volusion laid all of us off. Something is wrong with a company that blind sides its committed and hard working empoyees without warning.
