- Good people - Interesting technology - ok salary

Cons

- No work life balance, reduced workforce but the total amount of work stays the same i.e. high work load. - No longer possible to work from home, note* I enjoy working in the office but the possibility to work remotely really helped out when needing to run an errand or visiting the doctors. - Surveillance, the company has started to surveillance the employees by logging the WiFi connection. Normally trust goes both ways but not at volvo cars here they utilize the old USSR proverb, "Trust but verify" - Salary is ok but there are no real negotiations. It is negotiated on a national level and then communicated
