      Good collaboration with people. Environment is good Big place A lot of hardware to play

      Too much competition around. Need to stand up for yourself. Very hard to make decision as plays around with bigger table

      Pros

      Volvo has great benefits. I started with 4 weeks of vacation and we also get the week between Christmas and New Years off. We have good medical insurance, decent 401k plan. The work culture is great. They are slowly getting better with work/home life balance and giving us the ability to work from home if we need it.

      Cons

      There has been a lot of turnover in the last few months due to there not being a lot of room for growth within procurement which means current employees are having to wear a lot of different hats to make sure there's little disruption to our day to day tasks.
