Pros

You will make good money and benefits. This company is very progressive, if you're into that. They focus on making electric vehicles, put pride flags out all month during June. The work itself is incredibly easy.

Cons

Job satisfaction and fulfillment is very low. Management does what they want, but they micromanage everything you every day. They need to see you constantly working, even when do not provide you with the instructions or resources for the job. This is because they don't know what they're doing, and neither does their supervisor. Nobody takes accountability, especially upper level management. You will never know when you have to work a weekend until mid-day Thursday, and you will burn up PTO when production is cancelled. Work-life balance is not a priority even though they say it is. The team members and team leaders are work horses, the problem is nobody takes accountability and blames their issues on another process or department, so nothing ever gets resolved. The daily frustration is what drives most people out.
