      Great coworkers and great facilities. Good pay and benefits package. Making positive impact on society so work is fulfilling. Lots of opportunity to travel internationally if you choose.

      Cons

      Overly political. Need to be European to climb to the top. Americans not viewed favorably because of our culture and competitiveness.

It's not because of who I am or the work that I do - it's because this is true for every single person here. - Senior leadership maintains an open-door - Training programmes are available for specific career paths - E-learning is available to everyone - Tuition reimbursement is available at the federal maximum pre-tax amount - Agreements with some local universities allow for tuition deferral - The workforce is very diverse with employees from across the globe - Company strategy and status is communicated regularly - The benefits and vacation package is one of the best in our area - Working hours are flexible for some departments - There are opportunities for employee involvement - The company invests both time and money in supporting the local community - There's never a dull moment. Ever.
