      Pros

      The benefits can't be beat. The work life balance is usually pretty good. I can't go anywhere else and get comparable benefits.

      Cons

      We have been going through a re-organization for well over 3 years. The stability that we used to have seems to have all but disappeared. Employees don't know from one day to the next if they are targeted for layoff or downsizing, as well as if their boss is their boss tomorrow. Things are changing constantly. Also, most "global" positions favor hiring Swedes, even if they aren't the best candidate.
