      Pros

      Like any other sales position there is a possibility you will make millions. Most of the sales consultants were awesome.

      Cons

      NO TRAINING - except the training you receive from other employees.. that have only been there... a month. Management told me what a mess the company was when they were hiring me. The way my pay is set up, I must work no less than 50 hrs. per week, but my schedule is more like 60 hours a week, with almost no chance of commission.

      Pros

      Location, brand, opportunities for advancement. Volvo is moving up in the world and it's great to be part of its renaissance.

      Cons

      Nothing except typical automobile retail situations, but lesser as Volvo clients are much more loyal than other brands.

      Pros

      There are good, caring people working on the floor. They want to build a quality truck to keep the brand going.

      Cons

      Upper management, with a few exceptions, has NO CLUE what they are doing. They point fingers instead of fixing things. Are more concerned about their own bonuses instead of doing what's right. They don't listen to what the people who do the job have to say.
