VOX Technologies helped me develop mentally. Gave me support. Treats me with respect. It's not just people working, they're a family.

POISONOUS ENVIRONMENT THAT SEEPS FROM THE TOP DOWN!!!!!!

Pros

I enjoyed working here for more than 5 years.... I made plenty of money in sales, but in the end I left because they pay was changed without notice and Finance paid out orders when they felt like it. One other pro was we had delicious cookouts with alcohol.

Cons

Lack of communication and respect between anyone. Mgmt always asked for your opinion but did exactly the opposite. No set process, continuous change. Customers were always deceived. Money was taken and never refunded. The turnover rate is ridiculous, new employees come through the door frequently. No structure from the top down. CEO verbally abused people and undermined their status.
