Great Company - Family Like Environment

Pros

Great environment for team building, and sales. The Procurement depart was working well to get things sold and/or returned if necessary. All department heads worked well in communicating the needs with employees.

Cons

Needed to have a team dedicated for returns separate from purchasing in order to stay on top of ensuring that merchandise was returned in order to be refunded. There were situations where purchases were made, and the buyer still owed funds. No Tuition Reimbusrement offered.
