Call Center Agents should get paid more. Must have good communication skills for this job and be service oriented. Most customers are old and technology illiterate.

HomeAway is simply the best company I have ever been working to! It is a place that made possible for me to achieve a very high level of professional and personal satisfaction, providing tools of work that I never thought I could have! Having the possibility of working with people from all over the world, improved my language skills and helped me acquiring different points of view on many things. Super friendly people and great enviroment!

Cons

Sometimes, I really don't understand what's happening in the company and feel a bit overwhelmed with so much information!
