Pros

Great team work in a good atmosphere. It's great to meet and work with people from different cultures, places, countries.... It's a company where you can make mistake, because it makes you learn. Better to test, than to not do nothing. Company in strong development, so many career opportunities!

Cons

Company go very fast, ,managing many projects at the same time. It's sometimes difficult to know where we are because things are changing every day.

-free food -very understanding of mental health and physical health needs -windows and natural light

Cons

-management is constantly changing -turning into a real call center environment, closer to at&t than what it used to be, which was relying on building customer relationships -no real opportunity to move up within company

The company has a very friendly culture. Having the opportunity to work along side so many different personalities is a great experience and this is one of the main reasons it is so enjoyable working at HomeAway (my colleagues) but still keeping it professional.

Cons

As there are offices in multiple countries, liaising with them is a bit difficult. Find the main point of contact is quiet hard at time
