Management is very poor. They hire any people for managers, team leader post who don't even have any idea what are they working for.

The CEO is one of the best persons I have met in my entire professional career. He has always supported and been there for his people even when he looses projects he does not fire people. He pays them salary. Employees who can't perform and are asked to leave write bad reviews about this company which is really sad and it's common now with every company I have worked with this organization for 3 years now and yes I had my share of challenges but I have learned a lot and became a better professional.

Should be liberal and keep a more target driven approach rather then time driven
