Pros

Great benefits. The senior management is great, but the mid level management is somewhat lacking. Vulcan is a great place to start a career, but if you desire advancement, you will have to look elsewhere if you have less than 8-10 years experience.

Cons

It is a great place to work, but there are a lot of old ideas still in place and a resistance to change anything that effects the middle management old guard's way of doing business.
