Money can be negotiated at hire even for under qualified people. But after that, it’s annual raises which are still decent Good amount of room for growth in the company. But you’ll likely need to change locations.

Cons

Constant turnover at every level. Supervisors and up are constantly changing due to leaving or a type of promotion. Hourly people constantly leaving because it can be pretty harsh conditions at times. Overall easy work.
