      Vulcan is a stable and growing company. Company their employees. Employee Stock Ownership.

      Cost of health insurance has gone up.

      Pros

      I have enjoyed my job at Vulcan. I find that the managers care about their employees and their lives outside of work. Of course, we all are here to do a job so production must be a priority too.

      Cons

      The health insurance deductible is tough to handle. There are other benefits that you can get to help offset this cost for hospital stays.
