Pros

It was a good grounds for learning and growth , giving me the opportunity to to be responsible for most decisions i made whilst serving at the same time. It had a conducive working environment with most of its personnels highly skilled iand easy to interact with.

Cons

For me my concerns had always been the location of the factory with which i worked and the clarity of leadership with compliance to the companies goals.
