The Pay and Benefits are amazing. The people you work with (That aren't management) are overall pretty good.

Cons

Terrible leadership...everyone is looking behind their backs wondering who will be fired next. The CEO hasn't a clue how to run a business and I'm not the only one that thinks she's probably quite evil. Fear and politics infest this place more than any other business...it hinders real progress and moral
