Everything, after all it's a clothing company. The pay is not competitive, the benefits are terrible or non-existent, and there is no career growth. There is an inner circle (clique of sycophants) that have staked their future on this company but even some of them have or are starting to bail. The CEO/Exec team and their VC backers are just trying to cash in on the athleisure trend before it's too late and it's obvious. Hard to find a more insincere leadership team.

While amazing humans work here and that certainly helps the day to day, the company culture promoted from the top down is poor. They do nothing to improve or establish a good company culture. You are expected to work insane hours and be accessible at all times (lunch breaks etc). It’s a very stressful working environment with little support, horrible systems and processes. Pay is way below market and if you think you’ll get your foot in and then advance chances are you will have no room to grow. They will hire above you and not even give you the courtesy of knowing they are posting the role. Annual raises are below market and bonuses don’t exist unless you are an exec. Diversity and inclusion is way behind what should be acceptable in 2023.
