Pros
Work From home, employees aren't micro managed, benefits have gotten better. Legacy employees are helpful, dedicated and full of knowledge. The company is growing and becoming more innovative. Overall a good employer with stability that respects and values diversity more than a lot of medium size employers. PTO policy is great, even for new employees.
Cons
Management doesn't have time to monitor lower level employees productivity and knowledge of the product. This causes other people on the team to carry more than their weight in daily work as others slip through the cracks avoiding work and whom are lacking the knowledge to actually do the job. This causes high stress on the product savvy employees with good work ethic. I intend to see some reliable knowledgeable teammates leave for a company that will value their work ethic and provide less stress.
