Pros

There are about ten or so company products. Seam seal, Satin black and SKS. After that you are selling for a distributor and they are looking at margin. The products they distribute are good quality but, the prices are not in line with your competition. A relation is very important to sell these items. And that will take a few years to establish, if you stay around that long. The car allowance is good. Do not take the company car with their logo. Take the money and have them buy your car. I did and it works better for you. Use this company to put a line on your resume and move on to a place that will respect your abilities.

Cons

The micro managing from people with a high school degree. The 60K they are being paid is more than they ever expected to make, so they will protect it at all costs. The company will always move the goal posts so you will never get the bonus money.

Pros

Compensation (Salary, Commission, Bonus, & Benefits)

Cons

- Pure arrogance in upper management and at other levels - Broken corporate culture with no true identity - Growing through acquisition gives a false sense of reality. - Sub-Par onboarding process / training -No Big Picture or Vision - Poor Communication - No accountability - No solid processes or policies - Constant Infighting beween all of the business that have been acquired - No collaboration or sharing of best practices between companies - Insecure management - No true value proposition in a industry that demands it - Industy Low-Ball bidder win on price then raises prices later - Unwilling to listen to insight - Historicly high turnover (should have been a red flag that I paid attention to) - Worst manager & company I have ever worked for

Pros

Company car, strong brand name, global capital to support business

Cons

Current management team is not mature enough to run this organization correctly. As a service company (distribution) we need to differentiate through service and response to our customers to command the premium we charged.
