Pros

* A LOT of opportunity for improvement - everywhere * Great people - some VERY talented teams * Flexible hours and freedom to do the job, in my experience... not all teams were as lucky

Cons

* Ladies - get ready to trudge through another "good ol' boys club" and don't be expected to be taken seriously unless you prove your worth. Also, working with strong females is so foreign to some members of the male leadership team that it's written all over their body languages. How awkward to be the only female in a meeting with 3 males, each sweating and fidgeting nervously. * Leadership changes constantly, but the culture is overall resistant to change. So much so that a project to implement new software takes 3 times as long as other companies of similar size. * Pay scales need to be addressed - they're taking advantage of small town talented people who would get twice as much at any other company in a major city. * Unspoken values and culture is toxic (long hours, overloaded plates, catty behavior, missed deadlines, etc)

Pros

You get a paycheck and health benefits.

Cons

Yelling, condescension disrespect of your employees is unacceptable. It is well known that sr.management in Germany is constantly threatening sales teams in the US, despite the company’s strong profitability. HR team is horrible as well-either responsive and lazy. Also, mexpense reimbursement takes up two months.

Pros

Still pockets of employees that care and are trying (Purchasing, HR, longtime warehouse and logistics people, branches) Recently removed some leaders that was needed- but unfortunatly lost some really good people before change was made (sales people, HR leader, branch leaders etc) new presidents seem ok - but not sure why there are two pay and benefits are good

Cons

Losing customers and good employees are choosing to leave. Doesnt' seem like the higher up leaders care or know what they are doing (hardly ever see the boss of the presidents and when he does talk to us (like 2 times in my years here) he isn't very motivating). Too long of work hours and they arent consistent. seem to run from one problem to the next. Not sure if the sales people have a plan and the finance leader is rude to people. SAP system still needs support and we still need more people
