Pros

Some of the leaders are there that help keep the cultural the way it was. Taht is very important so we don't forget why Gore was established and their mission and vision.

Cons

A lot of changes with leadership, aggressive timelines for example with SAP, the health insurance changed for the worse and that was a lovely benefit. They don't allow people to attend offsite trainings and conferences for development. Limited amounts for raises and no bonuses. Very clickish like highschool.
