Pros
CEO is personable and will sit with employees in the cafeteria and engage them in conversation. Skip levels are also a common practice, and leaders try to do them outside of HQ when travelling to other sites.
Cons
Bonuses over the past couple years have not been as high as they historically have been. Hopefully the spin off of the new Grace will help managers reward employees in the future years.
