      Talented, caring employees who typically work in teams. Interesting work that holds your interest. The company culture is committed to safety. Benefits are decent.

      Cons

      The biggest con is the constant fear that today will be your last day-the threat of layoffs and downsizing in all departments is tangible. Morale is low. Executives run the company live separate companies instead of one conpany, overlapping functions,

      I appreciate the benefits, bonuses, and the manageable workload.

      Cons

      The company seems to overlook that a flexible hybrid schedule is a highly valued benefit for many employees. When that option was removed, we were forced to spend additional hours enduring difficult commutes—time that could have been better spent on important personal matters.
