Smart people with many breakthrough, push technology on the edge and outstanding gross margin. Try to implement work life balance in working environment.

Cons

Too much focus on certain area, has not clear instructions, multi cultural understanding is low, empowerment limited in mid level managers and slow growth.

Pros

Varied work, not routine, for the most part. A great resume builder!

Cons

The management team seem to be stuck in the 1970's! Safety is literally laughed at here, harassment is commonplace as well as the violation of labor laws. Health insurance is very expensive, wages are among the lowest, if not the lowest, through- out the company nationwide. The chemical operators are treated very badly compared to the other employees on site.

Great internship program. Learned how the chemical processing industry works and got hands on experience.

Cons

Not exactly clear how the internship is meant to lead to employment contract. Need paths for moving upward.
