      401K matching, benefits, work from home (sales), company car, cell phone, laptop, expense account, ability to set your own schedule.

      Cons

      No upward mobility, no middle management for mentorship/advancement roles, impossible to get raises, lacking in corporate communication, no technical training or sales meetings (maybe once a year), lack of technical support. The sales force/management is an "old boys" club.

      Very nimble company with minimal layers of management.

      Nimble company was often restructuring organization which left minimal levels of resources.

      Pros

      Good pay.Work is not hard. Stable even through tough economy. Always hiring. There is an importance put on safety by upper management.

      Cons

      Good Ole boy network. Do not promote from within. Many in middle management have been put in jobs that they are not qualified to do. No diversity at all. Many things are hidden from corporate.
