      Pros

      Good place to work. Need more degreed employees. High level of self initiative. One must constanly be in the learning mode.

      Cons

      None at this point so far. Educational support can be improved upon. No limit on amount of time for completion.

      Pros

      Grace is a very safe place to work. The corporate culture is also very pleasant. Good place to start your career.

      Cons

      Grace is a small plant so there is little room for advancement. Many of the engineers don't want to leave so the positions become stagnant.

      Pros

      Overall excellent mid-level workers; solid product line; great global footprint; generally very successful with both customers and investors. Very good financial and communication systems.

      Cons

      Very fragmented-- works more like multiple companies with top management having more initiatives than they can handle. Chapter 11 not huge problem-- but still something that you have to explain.
