Pros

Excellent local team to work with. Interesting projects and great opportunities to grow as a technical professional, but nobody should plan to stay at Grace long term. Get some excellent experience and move on to another company.

Cons

Since being bought by Standard Industries, Grace has been on a steady downward trajectory. The company went through a very poorly planned reorganization in 2022, which crushed employee morale; and now is reducing retirement benefits by 30% so that the owners of Standard Industries can fly in nicer jets?? The long term effect of this strategy will be increased flight of capable professionals to companies with industry-competitive benefits.
