      Pros

      Friendly people, safety oriented, decent benefits.

      Cons

      CEO gets paid way too much. Management does not accept input from non-management. "It's a job" attitude prevails. Morale poor.

      Pros

      Great health insurance, dental, and vision packages. Matched 401K. Company offers very competitive hourly and salary positions. Safety is important and not taken lightly.

      Cons

      There is lack of decision making at the most basic level and communication among co-workers is often missing. Decisions are almost always spur-of-the-moment.

      Pros

      Business and employment levels stay strong despite economic conditions. That has been the case for over 20 years. One of few companies with a retirement plan and 401k.

      Cons

      Probably the worst first-level supervisors since I've been employed there. Seems to be a high turnover there and it just seems to get worse. It seems as though the product is man made gold, which will sell no matter how incompetent the decision making on the floor.
