      Pros

      Grace is a great place to work. The culture is very open, people are nice and there is a lot of cross-function projects, where you can broaden your scope and learn how to work with teams. There are events for employees to gather and interact. Besides that, it has extensive parking, a subsidized cafeteria with great food, a well equipped gym and it's very close to the red line.

      The company does not sponsor international candidates.

      It was a fun place to work

      Cons

      Very unstable company. There has been layoffs within the last 5 years. And they have not replaced anybody who has left on there own accord.
