      People at this company are fantastic and willing to be collaborative to meet each others goals

      Poor pay compared to other chemical companies. Understaffed in most functions as a result people are overworked.

      Coworkers and supervisor are very friendly, makes it feel like friends at work instead of just coworkers.

      Cons

      The transition from temp to full time takes an ungodly amount of time (for non-plant work). The company also seems to not be the best at informing worker of updates such as safety incidents in a timely manner.
