Great benefits, lots to learn and great experience. Most important thing is great company culture and people depending on your department are great to work and interact with.

Cons

Potentially hard and takes a long time for promotion opportunities, compensation is about average with the rest of the industry

The plants themselves are full of wonderful people, everyone is very nice and it really is a family-esque environment (at least within the offices, can't speak for operations.)

Cons

Corporate doles out rules that are pretty senseless. They don't really listen to the feelings and opinions of employees that aren't at corporate. I also started as an intern and feel like they really don't value their interns and make them jump through hoops for no reason.
