Pros

Some of my coworkers have become some of my best friends, even though 90% of us have since left Grace for better opportunities.

Cons

Don’t pay liveable wages comparable to other companies in our area, over work employees, say they are a safety conscientious company but have a lot of practices that don’t always aline with this. New ownership is essentially running the company into the ground and did major layoffs but still expected the same amount of work to be done with less employees but no pay raises were given, benefits are a joke, quite honestly I feel like I wasted almost 10 years of my life there.

- Very conservative, corporate culture - Strict hierarchy - Needs better manager development programs - Managers throw you under the bus - Limited opportunities for growth - Work life balance could be better. People work on weekends often - Not very receptive to remote work

money/lots of overtime There is a pension, but it isnt a very good one

Cons

breathing in all the catalysts, management does not have any concern for employees, very unprofessional, safety is not a priority as much as they emphasize it(whatever is necessary to get the job done is or keeping company from getting any strikes against them is much more important than people)
