Pros

Good pay, great environment. Management is pretty understanding of life situation.

Cons

No evaluation after almost 2 years of employment, company hires outside more often than promoting within. When business is slow, you won't get the full 40 hours. May have to do busy work like picking up trash.

-good pay and benefits -treats employees with respect -ongoing training -supervisors are engaged -opportunities for advancement

Cons

Not many cons here. I would say the worst thing I can think of is the expectations of overtime at the last minute regardless of personal plans. But that was rare and understandable considering the business.
