      Growing into a better position.

      Pros

      I have been working for Williams for several years now and been in a few different roles. The company is growing continuously and remains strong. There are new opportunities popping up for growth and education opportunities keep coming up as well.

      Cons

      There has been a lot of senior staff leave due to age, time, etc and this has caused some instability in the local branches. As these positions are filled, we hope to see stronger and faster results.

      Pros

      Managers are understanding of family commitments and obligations.

      Cons

      Not many opportunities for advancement. It was better when it was family owned. Now that it's owned by an equity company they care more about growth than people.

      Pros

      Flexible - worked with employees at corporate to alow them to attend college If you were lucky to get a good manager they helped you grow ande develope Corporate office is very supportive of your family. Outside corporate not so much.

      Cons

      Family company if you last name is not Williams you are not going to advance much Service company if you do not have a mechanic background you are not going to advance much
