Pros

Integrity driven, Family oriented, Conservative and a wonderful place to work. If you enjoy challenges this is the place to work, but if you just want to get by then it may not be practical for you. Expectations are high along with accountability. Rewards and Opportunities are many when you apply yourself and communicate your expectations also.

Cons

Would like to see more aggressive building or updating of our facilities. We can only paint and 5's so much.
