Pros

The branch i worked for was like family! Learned a great deal in my thirteen years with the company.

Cons

After thirteen years of loyal service with company, let go when branch closed. Our bigger branch in Atlanta had room for me but decided not to take me down even though i had seniority. I bled for this company. No chance of advancing in company.

Pros

Friendly people. Wages are decent for hourly in phoenix arizona. Have been working at this location for 7 years. Lots of vacation time for putting in the years.

Cons

Hard work. Management seems to be lost with what is going on in the shop sometimes. Benefits are really not that good. Does have 401k but medical kind of lousy.
