      Company well funded, A very long history and has the potential to be a leader in the heavy truck Industry

      They always seem to be searching for the "next big thing "no consistency nor format why are wasting the talent they already have acquired

      Pros

      100 years of business under their belt, great facilities in most locations (working on others), they make sure the tools needed to do the job are available. Decent pay and good benefits (of course until Obamacare).

      Cons

      Slow growth for new leaders, don't listen to new ideas and suggestions, upper leadership that speaks out of both sides of their mouths, a value system that is not valued and lead by example. Favoritism and managers who compromise their integrity in their lifestyle and business dealings.

      Pros

      Good pay, great environment. Management is pretty understanding of life situation.

      Cons

      No evaluation after almost 2 years of employment, company hires outside more often than promoting within. When business is slow, you won't get the full 40 hours. May have to do busy work like picking up trash.
