      Pros

      Definately a company that wants to change and is on the leading edge of being the best for both customers and employees.

      Cons

      Alot of older employees don't always embrace the changes as they might not understand the "why".

      More introduction training needed for new hires and continued learning for everyone.

      Not what it used to be

      Pros

      Not much of anything to brag about any more. Used to be the place to work and everyone wanted to work there. That stopped a couple years ago.

      Cons

      No one left at the corporate level that cares. Turned from a family owned business that cares about it's employees, to a bank owned company overnight and it shows. Everything is about the bottom dollar. Tooling left in non-working condition and not replaced. Health insurance continues to get worse each year. Profit sharing close to nothing for the past two years. And the list goes on.
