Drive isn’t too bad centrally located in cleveland

Cons

Management. Completely clueless as to how any repair shop should function. Throwing parts at trucks that do not need it. Using cheapest parts and equipment possible to get the job done and over charge the customer in the process. The service writer loves to change technicians story to charge the customers more. They hire guys promising to train, and bring the guy in, and never train him. In fact they will send that same guy to a customer with one maybe two days shadowing to do a complete federal inspection. Upper management could care less about what’s happening in the shop at Cleveland as many complaints have been made, no changes made. It’s actually impressive how hands off sr. Management is.

Its really difficult to find anything good about this steaming hot mess

Cons

The Tucson branch is occupied by very mediocre folks who think they are exceptional. The "REMAN" side in particular is led by mental midgets with fragile egos. There is a reason they have had their lunch eaten by more agile and dynamic third party vendors.
