Not the greatest

Pros

The training is good. You’ll learn more about the Detroit brand than anything.

Cons

Management does a very good job of keeping people in the dark. No annual reviews like is advertised upon interview. Management not on top of solving disputes between people. Not a lot of genuine people that really care about anyone but themselves. Push on the customers to make reviews (customers should decide that themselves and not be coerced)

Pros

Good Pay and Benefits

Cons

Productivity and Efficiency not reasonably done. Service advisor selling labor to customer has never worked as a mechanic. Has no real idea of time it takes to complete a job. Techs productivity and efficiency suffer from management inexperience. They hold your job over your head Company does excellent job selling you employment and doesn’t tell you the fine print until your hired
