- Uptight management - horrible system to work with. They say they’re always working to improve it but that never seems to happen -will fire you without giving you a heads up and you’ll notice as soon as you try to punch in. Unprofessional. - monotonous. The scripts they make you read sound so unnatural & callers are usually impatient by the ends of the calls

Pros

Very engaging, pretty fun talking to golfers every day, honestly don't have anything bad to say about W5 Golf. There hasn't been a day where I have woken up to work without feeling excited. It's a great environment.

Cons

Honestly, they will not give me 40 hours or more a week, I don't think this will be every individual's experience, and in fact, for a while, they gave me more than 40 hours every time I asked. But this is a problem with holding two jobs that both require daytime hours.
