Pros

The management team at W5 is amazing- they are all so accommodating and offer a fantastic training program to ensure it’s easy to succeed. There’s lots of bonus incentives in addition to good base pay- bonuses that are so realistic and easy to achieve. They offer flexible scheduling, weekend bonuses, quality bonuses, and additional paid days for good attendance. So grateful for my work from home position!

Cons

Some of the software can be buggy sometimes, but IT team is great!
