Pros

Good people to work with. Easygoing work environment. Casual attire. Non-discriminating. Lunch breaks. Get to talk to people from all over the world.

Cons

It is a telecommunications job using a computer and telephone to do a service for golf courses in the United states. Some people find it hard to do these operations easily. If you can work both a phone and computer you can do it. Though a good personality on the phone is quite key as well. Can sometimes be challenging when you are answering calls from across the country and not being able to accurately report local conditions (weather, golf course conditions, general happenings within the geographical area). This job isnt for everyone.

Pros

Owners are great people who genuinely care about employees.

Cons

24/7 operation makes for a lot of potential for weekend/holiday interruptions, but that's known going into the role.
