Small company - supervision is sporadic at best - they act like a small family company and micro-mange the reps

Super nice employers. laid back atmosphere that would be enjoyable to come to work if the task wasn't so mind numbing

Cons

tedious tedious tedious. can be very frustrating at times. the people that work there are great but there is relentless callers at all hours of the day
