Pros

everyone there is nice and so helpful. If you come in positive and do what is expected of you then you will go far there. Its an easy job, it does get busy but it makes the time go fast. Management there is always there for you whether personal or career related issues. Definitely one of the best places to work as long as you are a good worker. Not much you can really mess up if you are trying.

software sometimes has issues, and more opportunities to move up

Pros

The nicest co-workers you could ask for. Friendly and approachable management. Almost all the callers are in a good mood and it's rare to have to deal with anyone really angry, which is nice for a customer service job. Flexible hours. Casual dress.

Cons

I cannot put into words how extremely frustrating and stressful it is when it's busy. Calls keep piling up, waiting to be answered, and there aren't nearly enough people staffed to answer them all. The software is sometimes buggy and uncooperative. No benefits or PTO, even for people working full time.
